The photos and videos show a representation of the styles of items you could receive, you will not receive the items in the photos!
All items are vintage and/or pre-loved clothing that have been saved from going to landfill. Please note that some items may show signs of wear and age.

we aim to get everyone booked in for a video call within 7 days but please be aware sometimes we get very booked up!

after the video call, we aim to dispatch all style bundles with 3 working days ♡

once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notification via email with your tracking number

keep an eye on your emails for a booking link to schedule your 15 minute slot! we'll pre-pick items based on your style, size and moodboard to review on the call, you can say yes or no to each item to ensure you get the perfect style bundle for you!

a note on sizing!
please be aware that vintage sizing means the size labels on the items do not always reflect how the item will fit, for example, a top may say size 'medium' but actually fit smaller.

during your video call you will have the opportunity to discuss the sizing of the items and ask any questions!

please note, we are unable to accommodate returns of items once they have been approved via video call

for example, if you take jeans in a size M and tops in a size S, hip measurements for bottoms etc

if you are buying to resell, you can leave this blank

please include as much information as possible, including what you do & don't want
