Buying vintage and second-hand clothing
All of our items are vintage or pre-loved, meaning they've been worn before. Because of this, some pieces may show signs of wear and age—that’s just part of their story! We do not accept returns or offer refunds for natural signs of use.
That said, we make sure everything we sell is in good condition—you won’t find any items with rips or large stains.

Vintage Style Bundles – No Returns Policy
All vintage style bundles are custom-made to order, meaning each bundle is carefully curated based on your preferences. Before shipping, we send photos of the selected items for your approval. Once you confirm, the order is final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Because all items are vintage and second-hand, they may show natural signs of wear and age—this is part of their charm! However, we always ensure you won’t receive anything with major flaws like large stains or rips (unless discussed in advance).
If an item you receive is significantly different from what was shown in the photos (wrong size, incorrect item, or an undisclosed major flaw), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll review the issue.

In the event that we deem a refund is necessary (for example, a parcel lost by a courier) you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refunds for purchases at The Big Thrift Event by Y2K Wholesale
All items purchased at The Big Thrift Event are final sale—we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Since everything we sell is vintage and second-hand, each piece is unique, and we do not tag items. This makes it impossible for us to track whether an item is returned in the same condition it was sold. Because of this, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason.
We encourage shoppers to check items carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about sizing, condition, or anything else, feel free to ask a team member at the event—we’re happy to help!
