we run our video handpick appointments on mondays, tuesdays, thursdays, and fridays
our appointment slots are 10:00-12:00, 13:00-15:00, 15:00-17:00, UK TIME

after we have received your order of the deposit, we will contact you to confirm our available appointment slots based on the availability you have shared!

terms and conditions
- minimum spend for our handpicking service is £350 excluding VAT
- your deposit will be deducted from your invoice at the end of your handpick appointment
- in the event you do not meet the minimum spend for any reason, your deposit will not be refunded or deducted from your invoice
- there is a chance not all of your items will be in perfect condition! we will always notify you of any marks/stains we notice on the items during the call, however, please allow 5% grading error as these may be missed by our team
cancellation policy
we allow cancellation/rescheduling of your appointment up to 48 hours before your slot. you can contact us via dm or email.
if cancelled/rescheduled under 48 hours prior to your booking, your deposit will not be refunded. due to high demand for handpick appointments we need sufficient time to fill your spot!
return / refund policy
once your parcel has arrived, if there is a grading discrepancy of over 5% on the items selected, we are happy to review the issue and may offer a partial 15% refund on the affected items or a store credit for your next order.
all claims are carefully reviewed, and the final assessment of damage or grading accuracy is determined by our team. claims must be submitted to our team within 48 hours of receiving your order and supported with clear photos outlining the discrepancies.
