we will email you once you submit your order form to confirm a time slot! we'll pre-pick items based on your style, size and mood board to review on the call, you can say yes or no to each item to ensure you get the perfect style bundle for you!

Appointment Format

we will video call you to show you pieces we've picked out for you!

come into our warehouse to chooose your pieces!

we curate your pieces based on your mood-board and send them to you as a complete surprise! please make sure to include a mood-board so we have a strong visual reference for your style. ♡

this option does not include prior photo approval before shipping.

a note on sizing!
please be aware that vintage sizing means the size labels on the items do not always reflect how the item will fit, for example, a top may say size 'medium' but actually fit smaller.

during your video call you will have the opportunity to discuss the sizing of the items and ask any questions!

please note, we are unable to accommodate returns of items once they have been approved via video call

for example, if you take jeans in a size M and tops in a size S, hip measurements for bottoms etc

if you are buying to resell, you can leave this blank

please include as much information as possible, including what you do & don't want

if you are looking for a completely different style catered to your own moodboard, choose our custom bundle!

would you like shoes included in your bundle if we have the right size available?

if you are international, please share the country so we can convert to UK sizes
